Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the OHDC Minnie Street relocation <br />plan for the residential properties located at the aforementioned addresses, and the <br />establishment of an account in accordance with state and federal mandates for the <br />payment of relocation benefits to the displaced households in the Cornerstone Village. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the <br />City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of Au(~ust , 2002. <br /> <br />~ Miguel A.
