RESOLUTION NO. 2002-067 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FROM PROFESSIONAL AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE (PAO) TO GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL (GC) FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />431 NORTH TUSTIN AVENUE (GPA 2002-03) <br /> <br />Kdo/08/12/02 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A= <br /> <br />General Plan Amendment No. 2002-03 has been filed with the City of <br />Santa Ana to amend the General Plan Land Use Designation from <br />Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) to General commercial <br />(GC). <br /> <br />B= <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on July 22, 2002 and determined by a vote of 6:0 (Mondo <br />absent) that General Plan Amendment No. 2002-03 is consistent with the <br />General Plan's policies of encouraging commercial development along <br />artedal streets, and supporting developments that are harmonious with <br />existing development in the area and recommended the City Council <br />approve General Plan Amendment No. 2002-03 to change the land use <br />designation for the property located at 431 North Tustin Avenue from <br />Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) to General Commercial <br />(GC). <br /> <br />The Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring Program <br />for Environmental Review No. 01-147 was approved and adopted within <br />the Ordinance adopting Amendment Application No. 2002-07 which came <br />before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana on August 19, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby, approves General Plan Amendment No. <br />2002-03 to change the land use designation for the property located at 431 North Tustin <br />Avenue from Professional and Administrative Office (PAO) to General Commercial <br />(GC). <br /> <br /> Section 3.
