RESOLUTION NO. 2002-069 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FROM UNDESIGNATED GENERAL <br />PLAN LAND USE TO OPEN SPACE (OS) FOR <br />APPROXIMATELY 125.25 ACRES OF LAND <br />THROUGHOUT SANTA ANA (GPA 2002-01) <br /> <br />Kdo/08/12/02 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br /> <br />General Plan Amendment No. 2002-01 has been initiated by the City of <br />Santa Ana to amend the general plan land use designation from <br />Undesignated General Plan Land Use to Open Space (OS). <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on July 22, 2002 and determined by a vote of 6:0 (Mondo <br />absent) to recommend that the City Council adopt General Plan Amendment <br />No. 2002-01. <br /> <br />The Negative Declaration for Environmental Review No. 2002-58 was <br />approved and adopted with the Ordinance adopting Amendment <br />Application No. 2002-02 which came before the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Aha on August 19, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Council hereby, approves General Plan Amendment No. <br />2002-01 to change the land use designation for approximately 125.25 acres of land <br />previously Undesignated General Plan Land Use to Open Space (OS). <br /> <br /> Section3. Should Ordinance No. NS-2510 not become effective, then this <br />resolution is null and void and shall have no further effect. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect thirty (30) days after its adoption <br />by the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote <br />adopting this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2002. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-069 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
