Add a left-turn lane on the eastbound approach. The <br />westbound and eastbound approaches along Segerstrom Avenue would each have dual <br />left-turn lanes, two through lanes, and a separate right-turn lane. The improvements <br />to the westbound approach can be accomplished by restriping within the existing <br />right-of-way. <br /> <br />To mitigate project impacts in the 2007 and/or 2025 horizon years, the applicant <br />shall make a one-time payment of $100,000 as a fair share contribution for <br />intersection improvements at Fairview Street/Segerstrom Avenue (TR-10 and TR- <br />13), Bristol/Segerstrom Avenue (TR-11 and TR-15) Greenville Street/Alton Avenue <br />(TR-12) and Fairview Street/MacArthur Boulevard (TR-14). Evidence of this <br />payment shall be provided to the Public ~Vorks Agency prior to issuance of the first <br />building permit for the project. <br /> <br />Bristol Street/Segerstrom Avenue--Add a second northbound and southbound left-turn <br />lane along Bristol Street. The northbound and southbound approaches would each <br />have dual left-turn lanes, two through lanes, and a shared through-fight turn lane. <br /> <br />Greenville Street / Alton Avenue--Restripe the eastbound and westbound approaches to <br />provide a left-turn lane, one through lane, and a shared through-right turn lane. This <br />improvement can be incorporated within the roadway widening improvement <br />recommended along Alton Avenue. <br /> <br />Fairview Street/Segerstrom Avenue~Add a second southbound left-turn lane by <br />restriping the southbound approach within the existing right-of-way.
