b. Any remaining significant effects on the environment found unavoidable are <br />acceptable due to the factors described in the Statement of Overriding Considerations in <br />Section 7.0, above. <br /> <br />10. APPROVALS <br /> <br />The City hereby takes the following actions: <br /> <br />1. The City has certified the Final EIR for the project, as described in Section 1.0, above. <br /> <br />2. The City hereby adopts, incorporates into the project, and makes a condition of the project <br /> <br />approval, all mitigation measures within the responsibility and jurisdiction of the City and described <br />in the Final EIR, and as discussed in the Findings, S~ction 2.0, above and project Impacts and <br />Disposition of Related Mitigation Measures identified in the Final EIR, Section 4.0, above. <br /> <br />3. The City hereby adopts the Mitigation Monitoring Program, accompanying the Final EIR <br />and discussed in the Findings, Section 5.0, above. <br /> <br />4. The City hereby adopts the Findings in their entirety, as set forth above, including the <br />Statement of Overriding Considerations. <br /> <br />5. Having certified the Final EIR, independently reviewed and analyzed the Final EIR, <br />incorporated mitigation measures into the project as conditions of the project approval, and <br />adopted the Findings (including the Statement of Overriding Considerations set forth therein), the <br />City hereby approves the Armstrong Ranch Development Project, as described in the Final EIR, <br />including site approval and design. <br /> <br />35 <br /> <br /> <br />
