RESOLUTION NO. 2002-079 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 02-03 (COUNTY MAP NO. 16311) AS CONDITIONED FOR ARMSTRONG RANCH kdo/09/30/02 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 (County Map No. 16311) came before the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for a public hearing October 7, 2002. B= Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 (County Map No. 16311) 1has been filed with the City of Santa Ana seeking to allow a subdivision for a 156-unit development. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed public hearing on September 23, 2002, on Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 (County Map No. 16311) and voted by a vote of 5:1 (Leo opposing, Richardson absent) that the City Council approve Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 16311 as conditioned. The proposed project, as conditioned, and its design and improvements are consistent with the Low Density Residential designation on the General Plan and are otherwise consistent with all other elements of the General Plan. Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 (County Map No. 16311)is consistent with the land use designation and density prescribed in the General Plan and will have no adverse affect on the surrounding land uses in the area. The proposed project, as conditioned, conforms to all requirements of the zoning and subdivision codes as well applicable City ordinances. applicable as other Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 02-03 (County Map No. 16311) is in keeping with the provisions of the site plan review (DP No. 01- 76) and Chapters 34 and 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, all Resolution No. 2002-079 Page 1 of 6
