MIFJTES OF THE SPECIAL MmmTiNG <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL, SANTA ANA, CALIFOP/~iA <br /> <br />August 24, 196~ <br /> <br />The meettng was called to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 217 North Main <br />Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. Hubbard, James Gilmore, Henry <br />H. Schlueter, and Mayor A. Allen Hall. Councilman Hurry H. Harvey was absent. <br /> <br />The Clerk reported that notice of the Special Meeting had been given as required and <br />submitted Certificate of Mailing Notice of Special Meeting. Lowell, <br />presented a citizen/s protest, reques- <br />ting the bond election be postponed <br />until April to give citizens <br />opportunity to study what City proposes to bu~ and protesting the concessions City is <br />making to C=unty.
