The Second Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers <br />Agreement Creating the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency, on file with <br />the Clerk of the Council is hereby approved, with such non-substantive changes as may <br />be approved by the City Attorney, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest same on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
