EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall teach "Pat's Moving Experience ", a Mommy & Me class emphasizing <br />imagination, games, dance and music to empower the brain to learn. <br />The class will be offered for a six -week session, beginning March 4, 2003. A <br />second six -week session will begin April 22, 2003. <br />Class will be held from 10:45 — 11:30 am, each Tuesday, at the Lawn Bowling <br />Clubhouse. <br />The Mommy and Me class will be available to children 18 months to four (4) <br />years old, and their parents. Parent participation is required. <br />Consultant will develop the curriculum, supervise all activity and provide a safe <br />environment for those enrolled in the program. <br />CLASS SIZE REGISTRATION <br />A minimum of 10 parent/child participants must enroll in each session. <br />Maximum enrollment is 30 children and their parents. <br />2. If the minimum of 10 registered participants is not reached by the time the class <br />begins, the class may be cancelled by mutual agreement of Consultant and the <br />City. <br />FEES <br />Each parent/child participant will pay $65.00 per six -week session, plus a $10.00 <br />material fee due at the first class and payable to the instructor. <br />2. City shall collect said fees from each participant in the class during the <br />registration period. Consultant shall not collect fees but shall refer participants to <br />City. City will pay Consultant seventy percent (70 %) of the total fees collected. <br />City and Consultant agree that City shall retain thirty percent (30 %) of the fees <br />collected. <br />
