Council concurred in the reccawaen~ation and called for the resolution. RESOL~TI~ 6~-132 AMENDING SECTi~ 2 OF RESOL~TIO~ ~8-~81 was read by title. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was Mile~ to adjacent property owners on Septenber 28, 196~; that a petition in opposition with apprc~i~atel~ 37 signatures had Been received; and that a letter fr~ Dean R. Evans, represontin~ the appellant, had been received in which he requested continuance to December 7, 1~.
