Enclosed is an invoice for <br />renewal, <br />The renewal of your Technical Support agreement entitles you to unlimited toll -free telephone support on <br />all SIGMA 4 related matters, upgrades to all Sigma software components licensed by your site, our <br />KIOSK and WRIPAC Job Analysis programs, on -line documentation, and discounts on training <br />seminars, new software purchases including the new Windows® Sigma 5 software and licensed users. <br />Please sign and return a copy of the ETS Certificate to us along with the Information Update Form. If you <br />do not wish to renew your ETS Program, please notify us within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of <br />this letter. The cost for technical support for those who do not have the ETS program is based upon the <br />time spent assisting you. The cost is $4.00 per minute with a $60.00 minimum charge for the first fifteen <br />minutes. An increase to $5.00 per minute with a $75.00 minimum charge will be effective July 1, 2003. <br />Customers not in the ETS Program will need a P.O. number or verbal purchase order commitment when <br />they call for support. <br />Our objective is to provide you with the best support available.
