All such lists shall be submitted to <br />ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of any request therefor. <br /> <br /> 16.1.3 To report in writing to ADMINISTRATOR immediately after <br />discovery, the loss or theft of any items of Capital Equipment. For stolen <br />items, the local law enforcement agency must be contacted and a copy of the <br />police report submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br /> 16.1.4 To purchase a policy or policies of insurance covering <br />loss or damage to any and all Capital Equipment purchased under this <br />Agreement. in the amount of the full replacement value thereof, providing <br />protection against the classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, <br />malicious mischief and special extended perils (all risks) covering the <br />parties' interests as they appear. <br /> <br /> 16.2 The purchase of any Capital Equipment by CONTRACTOR shall be <br />requested in writing, shall require the prior written approval of <br />ADMINISTRATOR. and shall fulfill the provisions of this Agreement which are <br />appropriate and directly related to CONTRACTOR's service or activity under the <br />terms of the Agreement. COUNTY may refuse reimbursement for any costs <br />resulting from Capital Equipment purchased, which are incurred by CONTRACTOR, <br />if prior written approval has not been obtained from ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> <br />(WSH0403) 22 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br />
