Project experience has included systems, from <br />208V to 230kV and with varied complexity from simple radial power distribution to multiple <br />substations with primary and secondary selective schemes. <br /> <br />REGISTRATION <br /> <br />Registered Professional Engineering - California State License No. E8615, since 1976 <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Engineering Project Management <br /> Responsible for the technical quality and performance of the Electrical Engineering <br /> and Design Department, including preparing proposals, developing pla.ns, <br /> establishing project budgets and schedules, and coordinating the various disciplines <br /> and design teams. <br /> <br />Engineering Design <br /> Specialize in the design of electrical services rated from 208V to 230kV; radial <br /> power distribution; multiple substations with primary and secondary selective <br /> switchgear; power generation with diesel engines and gas or steam turbines; and <br /> cogeneration/power recovery. <br /> <br />Typical project scope of work includes: <br /> -development of single-line and three-line diagrams. <br /> -IEEE Standard 80 ground grid design; preparation of equipment <br /> specifications and power systems analysis, including load flow, <br /> short cimuit, voltage drop and protective device coordination. <br /> -schematic and wiring diagrams for controls. <br /> -production of riser diagrams for telecommunications, security and fire <br /> alarm systems. <br /> <br /> <br />
