The $175.00 still applies to <br />cases of determining the STS. Should you need a Worker's Compensation Evaluation with <br />causation information, apportionment, and reporting, a longer evaluation and more documentation is <br />needed. I forgot to tell you that the higher fee is for a Worker's Compensation Evaluation not for the <br />STS. So, our agreement should include a basic STS evaluation for a base of $175.00 with further <br />discovery up to an additional $150.00. Additionally, if any of the cases become a Worker's <br />Compensation claim that average fee is $500.00 with an additional $250.00 for needed evaluations <br />and case research.
