FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on <br /> !//./:/':~ ,2001, by and between Hood Services, Inc., a California <br />corpo/'ation ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"). <br /> <br />Recitals: <br /> <br />A. The parties entered into an Agreement dated March 6, 2001, (hereinafter referred to <br /> as "said Agreement") by which Contractor provides vending services to the City at <br /> four City-owned locations. <br /> <br />B. Contractor is presently providing vending services for the City's Code-7 Caf6 and the <br /> Police Department Community Room. <br /> <br />C. The parties wish to amend said Agreement to include the vending services provided <br /> at the additional City-owned locations. <br /> <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject <br />to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />An additional two (2) City-owned locations, the Code-7 Caf6 and the Police <br />Department Community Room, shall be added as locations where Contractor shall <br />provide vending services under the terms and conditions of said Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Exhibit A of said Agreement shall be amended to include the following equipment at <br /> the following locations: <br /> <br />A. Code-7 Caf& <br /> <br />One Dual Cup Bean Grinder Coffee Machine with options for Gourmet Coffee <br />One Beverage Max <br />One Carousel Cold Food Merchandiser <br />One Glass Front Snack Merchandiser <br />Three Microwave Ovens <br /> <br />B. Police Department Community Room <br /> <br />One Beverage Machine <br /> <br /> <br />
