Bigler, attorney <br />from Los Angeles, to investigate <br />all facets of the complicatio~s within the Police Department. Mr. Harvey <br />commented that Mr. Bigler will make no statements to the press, but will <br />report directly to the Co~mcil; and that statements will be issued by the <br />Mayor periodically to the press. <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Gilmore, seconded by Councilman Harvey and carried, <br />Council confirmed its decision to employ~r. Bigler. <br /> <br />Jauice Boer, 912 N. Lowell, asked for two month billing from all lawyers and <br />investigators.
