Janice Boer, 912 N. Lowell, requested that the hearing be continued so public <br />could study map. Darrell Boyer, 925 E. Hunter, protested the splitting of <br />the subdivision where he lives. <br /> <br />In answer to a question by Noel C6nway, 1521 E. Catalina, the City Attorney <br />explained that after the boundaries are established by Council action, the <br />map will be published. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councllw~n Schlueter and <br />carried, that the hearing be continued to December 21, 1~6~, 7:30 p.m. in the <br />Council Chamber; that the change of one precinct in the southern section be <br />made; that there be tentatively designated as Ward 6 that area located in the <br />southeast portion of the map, and as Ward 7 that area located in the northwest <br />portion of the map; that the Counc~lmau elected frown Ward 6 be for a two year <br />tern and from Ward 7 be for a four year tern. <br /> <br />HEARING - Mayor Hall opened the hearing on planning <br />LP DISTRICT C~w..~ssion rec~endation for amendment <br /> to the zoning ordinance for Ltmfted <br /> Professional (LP) Zoning District to <br />allow strictly professional land use that would be exclusive of residential <br />encroachment. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing had been published <br />in The Register on November 21, 196~, and that no written comz~mt cations or <br />objections had been received.
