MINUTES OF TBE SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />February 23~ 1965 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 217 North <br />Main Street, Santa Aha, California. Roll call was answered by C~uucilmen <br />Royal E. Hubbard, Henry H. Schlueter, James Gilmore, and Mayor A. Allen Hall. <br />Counctlm~ Harry Harvey was absent. <br /> <br />CLERK'S REPORT The Clerk reported that notice of the Special <br /> Meeting was mailed as required by law and a <br /> Certificate of Mailing Notice is on file in <br /> the office of the Clerk. Councilman Harry H. <br />Harvey arrived at 2:04 p.m. and was present throughout the remainder of the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />BIGLER INVESTIGATION <br />REPORT <br /> <br />be in Executive Session. <br /> <br />Mayor Hall announced that the only purpose <br />of the meeting was to consider the investigation <br />repor~ of James C. Bigler regarding the Police <br />Department, and that such consideration would <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />At 2:05 p.m. the Council recessed for Executive <br />Session, rec(mvening at 7:05 p.m., with all <br />Council members present. <br /> <br />Mayor Hall announced that it was the Co~uucil's Judgment that no decision be made <br />at this time and the Council would undertake consideration of the report again <br />in Executive Session at a Special Meeting on March l, 1965 at 1:30 p.m. in the <br />Council Chamber, 217 North Main Street, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br />AD JOUPa%m~£ <br /> <br />On motion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by <br />Councilman Schlueter and carried, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />DORIS M.
