Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. <br />Hubbard, Harry H. Harvey, James Gilmore, Henry H. Schlueter and Mayor A. <br />Allen Hall. <br /> <br />CLERK' S REPO~ <br /> <br />The Clerk reported that notice of <br />the meeting had been mailed as <br />required by law and that a <br />Certificate of Mailing Notice was <br />on file in the office of the Clerk. <br /> <br />BIGLER INVESTIGATION At 1:3~ p.m. the Council, on motion <br />REPORT of Counc~lmmn Hubbard, seconded by <br /> Councilman Schlueter and carried~ <br /> recessed to Executive Session to <br />discuss the James C. Bigler report regarding the Police Department~ reconvening <br />at 5:30 p.m. with all Councilmen present. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />At 5:31 p.m., on motion of Councilman <br />Hubbard, seconded by Councilman <br />Schlueter ama carried, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br /> <br />DORIS M.
