ORDINANCE NO. NS-2523 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA REZONING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1242 WEST RAYMAR STREET FROM BRISTOL STREET <br />CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN (SP1) TO SINGLE-FAMILY <br />RESIDENCE (R1) (AA NO. 2002-09) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana does hereby find, <br />determine and declare as follows: <br /> <br />Amendment Application No. 2002-09 has been filed with the City of Santa <br />Ana to change the zoning district designation of certain real property <br />located at 1242 West Raymar Street from Bristol Street Corridor Specific <br />Plan (SP1) to Single-Family Residence (R1). <br /> <br />The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on January 13, 2003, on Amendment Application No. 2002- <br />09 and determined that Amendment Application No. 2002-09 is consistent <br />with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana, and recommended by a <br />unanimous vote that the City Council approve Amendment Application No. <br />2002-09. <br /> <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />project has been determined to be adequately evaluated in previously <br />prepared Environmental Impact Report No. 97-01. <br /> <br />This Council, prior to taking action on this ordinance, held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on February 3, 2003. <br /> <br />Amendment Application No. 2002-09 is hereby found and determined to be <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of Santa Ana and otherwise <br />justified by the public necessity, convenience and general welfare. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The real property located at 1242 West Raymar Street in Santa Ana <br />is hereby reclassified from Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan (SP1) to Single-Family <br />Residence (R1). Amended Sectional District Map number 13-5-10, showing the above <br />described change in use district designation, is hereby approved and attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. NS-2523 <br /> Page 1 of.~ <br /> <br /> <br />
