Upon payment of the meter hood charges as specified in Sec. 36- <br />416, the downtown development manager shall issue a permit accompanied by a hood <br />and on both sides shall carry the legend in boldface type "FUNERAL PARKING ONLY." <br /> <br /> SECTION 15: That section of 36-434 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />amended such that it reads as follows (new language in bold, deleted language in <br />strikeout for tracking purposes only): <br /> <br />Sec. 36-434. Same--Removal and storage of vehicle. <br /> <br />The police department is authorized and directed to remove and place in storage, at a <br />regular storage garage, any vehicle which is parked on any such parking lot in violation <br />of this article or any vehicle left on any such parking lot for a period exceeding thirty (30) <br />hours, unless special permission has been granted by the chief of police or the <br />executive director of the community development agency for such extended parking <br />privileges. <br /> <br /> SECTION 16: That section of 36-435 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is hereby <br />deleted in its entirety (deleted language in strikeout for tracking purposes only): <br /> <br /> SECTION 17: If any section, subsection, sentenc, e, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or unconstitutional by the decision of <br />any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of this ordinance.
