<br />On m~tion of Councilman Hubbard, seconded by Councilman Schlueter, Council
<br />continued Tentative Tract Map ~5 to April 5, 19~5, providing the applicant
<br />or his representative signs a consent agreeing to the continuance.

<br />Later in the meeting, Harry Rinker, 10600 Estella, owner of adjoining property,
<br />arrived and the question of street layout as it would affect his property was
<br />discusse~. He requested the matter be continued to a closer date. This being
<br />agreeable with Mr. Van Busker, it was moved by Councilman Hubbard, seconded by
<br />Councilman Schlueter and carried that the matter be continued to March 15, 19~5
<br />
<br />instead of April 5, 1965.
