METRO, WATER DIST. The City ~anager repm~ced to Council that a~en&aents to the existing agreements between the Metropolita~ Water Districts a~ various cities an~ local water districts had been proposed by ~etropolitan Water District and that there were problems regar~ing excess censtruc~ica~ ~eposits and nccou~tia~ procedures about which he is writing M.
