W. Heag~-~d; ~ reject all other Bids. <br /> <br />~anice ~r, ~12 N. Lowell, protested lowerin~ of the water pressure, cost of <br />ad~itioual lamd and landscaping to serve personal interest of uno land developer. <br /> <br />Dewey Dixon, project engineer for James Montgomery, Inc. stated that the level <br />of water will be eight feet lower than previousl~ p~-~ed, which amounts to <br />ab~lAt ~ lbs. of pressure. Ne reviewe~the project's history of site studies, <br />Aesigu for industrial area, rezoming to residential, amd smbsequent redesign <br />for esthetic F~rPoses, lowering ta,~a to 16 feet shell height. <br /> <br />The motion to order report of bids receivecl filed, awar~ the contract to Xe~per <br />Construction Co. and ~.
