hearing was mailed to adjacent property owners on March 9th and that no written <br />c~-~,mications or objections ha~ been received. <br /> <br />Ann Resnikoff, 233 Coral St., Buena Park, representing the applicaut, explained <br />the position of the various signs~ noting that when informed of Mmmicipal Co~e <br />restrictions, objectionable signs had been removed; and stated that because of <br />the obscured position of the development, adequate signs were necessary. <br /> <br />The Planning Director submitted pictures to Council showing code violations, <br />stating that a higher bond had been set for the appellants because ~of their <br />refusal to comply with the Municipal Code.
