Bristol, stated that the City should feel a responsibility <br />for ambulance service requeste~ by the Police Departaent and which was uncollect- <br />ible; that lack of an a~equate city ordinance ha~ caused his Business to decrease <br />and he needed this ~oney to keep up standar~ of service.
