MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br /> OF TEE CITY COUNCIL <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />March 26, 1965 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers, <br />217 North Main Street. Roll call was answered by Councilmen Royal E. <br />Hubbard, Harry H. ~tarvey, James Gilmore, Henry N. Schlueter and Mayor <br />A. Allen Hall. <br /> <br />Cr.~K' S REPORT <br /> <br />The Clerk reported that notice of <br />the special meeting had been mailed <br />as required by law and evidence <br />thereto was on file. <br /> <br />POLICE DEPARTME~I' On motion of Councllm-n Hubbard, <br />INVESTIGATION seconded by Councilm~= Schlueter~ <br /> . and carried, Council recessed for <br /> Executive Session at 10:OS a.m. to <br />discuss the City Manager's report regarding the James C. Bigler Police Department <br />Investigation Report.
