HEARING - Hearing was opened on Amendment A~mm~. APP. 541 Application 541 filed by Ny-Wel Enterprises, proposing the amend- ment of SectiOnal District Map 9-5-10 by reclassifying from the R 1 to the C 2 district, property on the east side of La Bonita between Westminster and 16th. Planning Cummlssion Resolution 5724 recommended approval of Exhibit AA 541 C which would reclassify to the C 5 district. The Clerk reported that notice of the hearing was published in The Register on March 20, 1965 and that a petition signed by 11 persons opposing the application had been received.
