(~ d~,y, of <br />~~21~%y and between Gold Coast Appraisals, Inc. (hereinafter Consultant ), and <br />the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation, organized and existing <br />under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />The City and Consultant entered into a Consultant Agreement dated July 3, <br />2000, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", by which Consultant has <br />provided real property acquisition and appraisal services to City. <br /> <br />The parties extended the term of said Agreement to June 30, 2003. <br /> <br />The parties wish to adopt a new fee schedule for services provided pursuant to <br />said Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises hereinafter <br />contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement, as <br />hereby amended, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />Exhibit A of said Agreement - Fee Schedule - shall be replaced by a new Exhibit A <br />"Fee Schedule", attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />signatures on next page <br /> <br /> <br />
