Motion: <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />owners to file their ballots if they have not done so, or to change their <br />ballots if they previously voted. <br /> <br />The following members of the public addressed the Council in opposition <br />to the proposed creation of a maintenance assessment district: Sharon <br />Yates, Justin Thomas, Donald Rogers, Jose Aguevegue, Ricci Zukerman, <br />Ben Grabiel, Teri Sprague, Howard O. Kieffer, Glen Stroud, Larry Day, <br />and A.
