Roll call was answered by Councilmen Walter B~ooks, Davis B~rk, Wade Herrin, J. Ogden Markel, Tcea McNichael and Nayor Harry H. Harvey. Couucilin- James Gilmore was absent, but arrive~ later. APPROVAL OF MII~T~ Om motion of Councilman Herrin, seco~ed by Councilman Burk and carried, Council approved the Minutes of the Regular MeetS-8 Mr. Nick Go~iaez, President of the Santa Ana City Earployees' Association, presented honorary ~e~berships to the members of Council. BID AWARDS - The Manager reported that there LIGRTING SYST~ had been au ~naufficient amount of time to advertise for bids for lighting at Santiago Park and requested permissic~ to advertise with an opening date of ~ 24, 1965. Permission was granted on motion of C~Aucil~an Brooks, seconded by Council-~ Markel and carried. O~D.
