Healy <br />Lev <br />Pursuant to the Consultant Agreement you entered with the City of Santa Ana on July 1, 2000, <br />Section 3 - "Term ", the time period of the agreement is hereby extended from July 1, 2001, until <br />June 30, 2002. The insurance certificates and Additional Insured Endorsement are required to be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
