Traffic Engineering Service Agreement Urban Crossroads, inc. is pleased to provide this Contract/Authorization to provide on- call traffic engineering services in support of the City of Santa Ana, Public Works Agency. Our work tasks will include: (1 } review and evaluation of traffic control measures, (2) attendance at meetings related to neighbofiood traffic issues, including those with City staff, residents, the Environmental and Transportation Advisory Committee and City Council, and (3) other traffic engineering services as requested by City staff. Ruth Smith, P.E. will oversee these services and attend meetings on behalf of Urban Crossroads, Inc.. Ms. Smith is a SeniorAssociate at our firth. Your authorization, in the form of a signed copy of this work authorization will be necessary for us to initiate this work effort. Billing rates for this job will be based upon a time and materials basis not to exceed $9,950. Billing rates for this service agreement are based upon the attached Exhibit A.
