C-95-990 <br /> BETWEEN <br /> <br />ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />AND <br /> <br />A-2000-1 65 <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA ~ <br />NO. 3 is made and entered into this ~,~ day of <br /> <br />,2000, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, a <br /> <br />public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and City of <br />Santa Ana, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-95-990 dated August 18, 1995, as last changed by <br />Amendment No. 2 dated March 16, 2000, AUTHORITY and AGENCY entered into an Agreement <br />which determined that AGENCY was eligible to receive funding under the Combined Transportation <br />Funding Programs (CTFP) as specified in the CTFP Manual and also the Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Facilities Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, periodic scheduled reviews approved by AUTHORITY and AGENCY may be <br />updated as required; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both parties have agreed to amend the list of projects set forth in Exhibit A; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and AGENCY as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Amend Exhibit A, "Combined Transportation Fundinq Programs (CTFP) Allocations", to delete <br />the Exhibit in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert the revised "Combined Transportation Funding <br />Programs (CTFP) Allocations", dated July 11, 2000, included in this Amendment as Attachment No.'l <br />which is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement. <br />/ <br /> <br />,MM DATA\CAMM\CLERICAL\WORDPROC~AGREESAMEND~AM35990.DOC <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
