C-95-990 ~ <br /> <br /> BETWEEN <br /> <br /> ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> AND <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> THIS AMENDMENT NO. 4 is made and entered into this ~,~%ayof'~'~-'~ c;~--¢-~_ _,--~ , <br />2002, by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, a public corporation of-the-Stat'e of <br />California (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and City of Santa Ana, a municipal corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "AGENCY"). <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Agreement No. C-95-990 dated August 18, 1995, as last changed by <br />Amendment No. 3 dated October 25, 2000, AUTHORITY and AGENCY entered into an Agreement <br />which determined that AGENCY was eligible to receive funding under the Combined Transportation <br />Funding Programs (CTFP) as specified in the CTFP Manual and also the Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Facilities Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, periodic scheduled reviews approved by AUTHORITY and AGENCY may be <br />updated as required; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, both parties have agreed to amend the list of projects set forth in Exhibit A; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and AGENCY as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Amend Exhibit A, "Combined Transportation Funding Programs (CTFP) Allocations", to delete <br />the Exhibit in its entirety and in lieu thereof insert the revised "Combined Transportation Funding <br />Programs (CTFP) Allocations", dated July 24, 2001, included in this Amendment as Attachment No. 1 <br />which is incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement. <br />/ <br /> <br />',ICAL\WORDPROC\AGREE~MEN D~,M45990.DOC <br /> <br />Page I of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
