ARTICLE XXVII. REPRESENTATIONS BY TENANT <br /> <br /> SECTION 27.1 REPRESENTATIONS BY TENANT. The application, <br />financial statements and tax returns submitted and certified to by Tenant as a true, <br />accurate and up to date representation of its financial condition, including, without <br />limitation, all of its assets, liabilities, income and sources of income, have been prepared, <br />certified and submitted to Landlord as an inducement and consideration to Landlord to <br />enter into this Lease agreement with Tenant.
