Wash~ton; <br />amd with Federal Sign & Signal, Beneficial Management Corp. amd Eda K. <br />Miller regarding sign at 809 W. 17th. <br /> <br />The City Attorney, in answer to Mayor McMichael's questiomef the <br />possibility of clarifying the la-~muage in Section B of encroachment <br />agreements regarding severance damage, replied that this would be <br />possible; but that the present agreements could not be retroactively <br />affected. <br /> <br />Councilman Brooks' motion to approve was withdrawn. It was moved by <br />Councilmam Brook~, seconded by Councilman t~Ark that the agremment with <br />Salceda be deferred to September 20, 1965. The motiom carried, with <br />Mayor McMichael voting No. <br /> <br />· It was moved by Counc~lma~ Brooks, seconded by CounciLman Markel, that <br />the agreement with Federal Sign & Signal, Beneficial Management Corp. <br />amd Eda K. Miller also be deferred. The motion was carried, with <br />M~yor McMlchael vot~-g No. <br /> <br />Councilman Brooks moved that the attorney be instructed to modify the <br />encroachment sign statement in Section B by the next meeting. The <br />motion was lost for lack of a second. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman ~rooks, seconded by Councilman Burk amd <br />carried, that ia the evemt the participants of the two encroachment <br />agreements are ia agreement with the modified language of Section B <br />of the agreements, that these two agreements be approved. <br /> <br />CO]~UNA'~'!
