At <br />the time Conditional Use Permit 159 was granted for a family recreation <br />ca~ter at the same address for Bow 'N Cue Inc.~ it was specifically stated <br />that no alcoholic beverages be sold. He recon~ended that Council present <br />their objections to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. <br /> <br />On motion of CounciLman Brooks, seconded by CounciLman Burk and carried, a <br />Minute Order was adopted objecting to the granting of a liquor license to <br />The Cue, since it would be in violation of Conditional Use Permit 159 granted <br />CITY COUNCIL - 384 - October 18, 1965 <br /> <br /> <br />
