In answer to Mayor Harvey's question, Assistant City Attorney <br />William Mock commented that denial of such action by the Local Agency <br />Formation C~maission would prevent consideration of other petitions for a <br />period of one year. <br /> <br />MID-YEAR BUDGET City Manager reviewed the request <br />REVISION for mid-year revisions of budget <br />~" for the present fiscal year 1965- <br /> 66. Council asked for more <br />information on certain items, such as select streets, for the next meeting. <br /> <br />CHRIS~TMAS PARADE Mr. Ralph Wackerbar~h, representing <br /> Juni~ Chamber of Commerce requested <br /> permanent allocation of $2,000 for <br /> Annual Christmas Frolic Parade be <br />included in budget of City. Mayor Harvey pointed out that such an allocation <br />would be binding on subsequent Councils, and no permanent allocations were <br />made. <br /> <br />SUNRISE SERVICE Mr. Jerry Hudson, Chairman of Easter <br /> ~ Sunrise Service for Junior Chamber <br /> of Commerce, requested use of Santa <br /> Aha Municipal Bowl without fee for <br />this purpose. Mayor Harvey advised Mr. Hudson that if no admission is <br />charged and no donations taken inside the bo% their application should be <br />made under Municipal Code Section 2622.1 and no Council action was required. <br />CITY COUNCIL - 456 - February 7, 1966 <br /> <br /> <br />
