EXHIBIT A Scope of Work Annual Accomplfshment Goal 1. Number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be serval with grant funds during the 12- month contract period = `250 PERSONS U. Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during the 1'-month contract period including, services to be provided, program goals, client characteristics, & how grant finds will be utilized. The Kidprovisation program teaches improvisational comedy to schools in the SAUSD. The goal of the program is to teach the students how "improv" can assist them in their daily lives along with enhancing their self-confidence and self esteem. It also encourages them to explore their abilities and talents and gives them an appreciation of the arts. The grant fiords will be utilized to pay our instructors to teach at the schools. We also need to pay our administrative assistants to take care of office work and our executive director to oversee the Kidprovisation program and instructors.
