The City Attorney advised Council that after a meeting with Public Works <br />D~eCtor an~ a representative frma Lcmar Corporation, he felt a clerical <br />error ha~ been ma~e. <br /> <br />~r. Joe Long, President of Lemar Corporation, and N~.
