The Mayor crowned Miss Lezlie Brooks <br />as Miss Hibiscus. <br /> <br />E~CHANGE STUDENT Mayor Harvey presented a Key to the <br /> City to Aha Maria Garcia, exchange <br /> student from Mar del Plata, <br /> Argentina, attending Valley Senior <br />High School.
