Harbor; Mobil 0il Co., $3,~61, Glassell aud Fairhaven. SURPLUS PROPERTY Council received surplus property report 28-66 regardt-E a 600 sq. ft. building at 2024 North Main Street. It was moved by Councilman B~rk, seconded by Councllm-n Herrin and carried, that the building be declared surplus and demolition be authorized. SURPLUS S~EATE~S Acting on a report fr~a the City Manager, the City Co~ucil on motion of Councilman Nerrin, seconded by Councilman Markel carried, declared 300 school safety patrol sweaters as non-useable a~d salvage and granted permission to donate them to the People-To-People C~ittee for Santa Ana's Sister City in E1 Salvador. HIGRWAY RELINQ~ISH~ENT On motion of Councilman Gilmore, seconded by Councilman Brooks and carried, Council ordered filed a Division of Highways notice of intent to relinquish parcels adjacent to the Santa Aha Freeway between 1st Street and the Garden Grove Freeway. A~OPRIATION ADJUSTM~IT On motion of CounciLman McMichael, seconded by Council-~ Eerrin and carried, Council authorized the transfer of funds as follows: $4,540 frcm Fund 11-553 to 11-511; $1,130 from ~und 11-521 to 11-511; $8,800 from Fund 11-553 to 11-541; $75.00 from Fund 51-552 to 51-511.
