MINUTES OF THE REGULAR OF ~HE CiTY COUNCIL OF C!m~Y OF SAI~A ANA~ CALIFORNIA The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M~, in the Council Chamber, 217 N. Main Street, Santa Aha, California. Roll call was amswered by Councilmen James Gilmore, Walter Brooks, Davis Burk, Wa~e Eerrin, J. Ogden Msrkel, Tom McN/chael am~l M~yor ~ No Harvey. Also present were City Manager Carl J. Thorntom, Director of Public Works Rouald Wolford, Director of Planniug Paul Van Stevens, City Attorney William L. Mock and Clerk of the Council, Doris APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 5, 1966 were approved on mo- tion of Councilman Burk, seconded by Councilman lterrin and carried, after correcting an item entitle~ REFUSE COT.T~RCTION on Page 561 by a~ding, ~The City Manager cummented on statements in the letter." The minutes of the Adjourned Regular Meeting of July 11~ 1966 and the Ad- Journed Regular Meeting of July 15, 1966 were approved on motion of CoUncil- man Burk, seconded by Counc~lm-n lterrin and carried, after the following 1 correction: In the Budget Study Session of July 15, 1966, Councilman McMichael voted "No" on the reduction by $100,000 of the amount allocated for Northeast Park No. 1 and addition of that scm to Select Street System for First Street.
