EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Work <br />Annual Accomplishment Goal <br />I. Number of unduplicated Santa Ana residents to be served with grant funds during the 12- <br />month contract period = 50 PERSONS <br />II. Description of Work - in space below, describe the program to be funded during the 12-month contract <br />period including, services to be provided, program goals, client characteristics, & how grant funds will be utilized. <br />WTLC will provide shelter, food, clothing and all necessities for victims of domestic violence <br />and their children, as well as the following services: case management (housing/financial <br />assistance, referral and resource assistance), counseling (individual, group, family, children's), <br />educational classes (parenting, communication/anger management, menu, family planning, <br />independent living skills, substance abuse, DV dynamics), legal/immigration advocacy, personal <br />groups (relaxation/yoga, make-over/facials), process groups (Broken Vows, Window Between <br />Worlds, Words of Wisdom), a children's program (gang intervention, child care, activities, <br />substance abuse education, counseling), 24/7 crisis hotline, transportation, medical screening and <br />care, and substance abuse treatment. All services are multilingual and multicultural.
