(routing - 8th and ~oadw~y, s~th to ~th, east to <br />Main~ south to E~inger). <br /> <br />ORAL CO--CATIONS ~% John ~assi~y, 1121 No Wright <br /> Street~ spoke at length regarding <br /> a two-story addition to his home, <br />approved By Variance 2199, on which he had received a stop notice. <br /> <br />Robert Frazier, E, Washington Stree~ called attention to subdivision deed <br />restrictions prohibiting the buil~ling of a two-story structure. <br /> <br />Margaret Jonsen, 1122 N. Concord Street, owner of a~ adJoiming lot, objected <br />to the t~o-story Building. The planning Director explained the stop notice <br />was the result of the attorney's suggestion that notice to adjacent owners may <br />have Been inadequate since a two-story a~lditioa had nc~ Been indicated. <br /> <br />On motion of Council~n McNichael, seconded by Councilman Gilmore and carried~ <br />it was the decision of Council that )tr.
