The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 217 N~ Main street. KOll Call was answered By Councilmen James Gilmore, Walter Br0oks~ Wa~e Herrin~ J. O~den Markel, Tc~ NcMichael and ~yor Harry H~ Narveyo Councilman Davis Bmrk'waa absent, But arrived later. Also present were City Manager carl J. T~ernten, City Attorney William L. MOck~ Director of PuBlic Works Ronald Wolferd, Direct°r of Planning Paul Van Stevens, and Clerk of the Comncil Doris M. Brown. APPROVAL OF )tks~£~ January 16, ~967'~er~ approve~.
