Councilman McMichael <br />stated that, although he voted in opposition to the action of the City Council <br />at its last meeting, he woul~ not be in favor of re-opening the hearing since <br />both the Planning C~mmission and the City Council had held public hearings. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Brooks, seconded by Councilman Herrin, that the <br />resolution be adopted, waiving further reading.
