(workshop/classroom/in the <br />community) <br /> <br />Since we began providing this program four years ago, the basic program <br />approach of Career Prep has developed and chang(~d. It is designed to be <br />flexible to participant interest and needs. Program components of Career Prep <br />are both flexible in the locale and in the delivery of the service. Our Program <br />Managers have provided the program in classroom settings during designated <br />class time and in after-school programs at schools and at the Boys & Girls Club. <br />While most of the program workshops will take place in classroom-like settings, <br />many elements included in the training are not. Participants will engage in <br />special field trips, guest speakers, career and job fairs, computer based learning, <br />group presentations and role-playing. <br />Main Purpose of Program <br /> <br />What is the organization Mission Statement? <br /> <br />The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Aha is to promote the positive and <br />healthy development of youth, especially those from disadvantaged <br /> <br /> <br />
