In addition, the Manager will coordinate elements <br />of the non-paid work experience component and the summer employment <br />component. This position will serve as a liaison to the Santa Ana W/O/R/K <br />Center. : <br /> <br />.3 FTE Employment Program Coordinator - $10,500 -- (30% of $35,000) - <br />This professional management position is responsible for the Career Explorers <br />Club component and will assist with the non-paid work experience component <br />and the summer employment component. This position will also serve as a <br />liaison to the Santa Aha W/O/PJK Center. <br /> <br />.15 FTE Assistant Executive Director - $8,269 - (15% of $55,125) -- This <br />executive management position is responsible for coordination of all Career Prep <br />program components, staff supervision and training, accurate and timely <br />reporting, and successful program outcomes. <br /> <br />Summer Paid Employment -- $13,500 - Employment costs for 10 youth to <br />earn $6.75 and hour for 20 hours each week for 10 weeks. <br /> <br />.5 FTE Summer Employment Coordinator - $4,500 - Cost {or coordinator for <br />20 hours aweek at $15.00 per hour. <br /> <br />Operating Expenses: <br /> <br />Indirect Costs - ($8,720) - Indirect Costs are calculated at 8% of the overall <br />budgeted cost for program. <br /> <br />Other Costs - ($9,500) - This reflects the costs for program promotional <br />material ($500), program supplies ($1,500) and participant stipends for the non- <br />paid work experiences and Office Suite completion ($250 each for 30 <br />participants). <br /> <br /> <br />
